A very interesting project that I sort of got involved with by accident. A band featuring
talented musicians with mental disabilities. This project was initiated by Joris van
Wijngaarden and American blues singer Candye Kane. The original plan was, Candye's American band
would back up Dutch musicians during a few tours; but in the mean time they needed
someone in The Netherlands to work with the musicians. Candye had worked with Lisa
Otey, Lisa had worked with me, and thus a connection was established. I had no
experience working with people with mental disabilities, but I enjoyed it right away.
A great bunch of musicians, and have been working with them for about twenty years now.
We released a few albums and toured all over the world.
